Owner & Event Producer
Elena joined the event industry in 2011, starting out with promotional events. During this time she was a student at the Local Austin Community College where she studied Meeting and Events. She joined the Hermanas team during her last internship and has worked as a team member from 2013 to present day where she is now the new owner and excited to continue the mentorship. What she loves most about the Hermanas team is the dedication to the clients and offering them a trusted service that gives them the sense of family without having your actual family running around the day of your event.
CRYSTAL
Sr. Event Producer
Crystal has been planning fabulous events since 2015. She has a special love for all things weddings, baby showers and birthday celebrations! After earning an associate degree in Applied Science specializing in Meeting and Events she put her knowledge of organization, time management and strategic planning skills to work. She loves connecting with clients and believes that music, dancing and bold lip color is essential to any great event. When she’s not planning events you can find her with her husband and playing with her two littles!

Coordinator
April joined the Hermanas team in 2023, She is a skilled planner in her community. April's specialty is BIG family parties. Bodas y Quinceaneras con bandas are her Jam. When it comes to setting you up for success she loves to search for vendors that will bring your event to life.
She is also our dedicated bilingual assistant and is ready to translate for any event.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Ariel’s professional planning experience began in 2005 with a focus on festivals, fundraisers and galas. She founded Hermanas in 2007 with her sister which originally started as a consulting company and by 2012 focused it’s mission on Events and Weddings. Since that time she has had the opportunity to work with both amazing clients and vendors and build the Hermanas team. In 2022 she decided it was time to move in a new direction and proudly handed the reins to Elena.
As a Founder she continues to provide mentorship and will always be a supporter for the team!
